         2.2 ถูกหลอกลวงจากการให้ไปทำงานแล้วแต่ไม่ระยะเวลาทำงานทำไม่ใด้ตามกำหนด เช่น การทำงานในภาคเกษตรกรรมในแถบที่มีอากาศในประเทศแคนาดา ทางตอนเหนือของสหรัฎอเมริกา แถบสแกนดิเนเวีย ของยุโรป ที่สามารถทำงานทางการเกษตรได้ช่วงละไม่ถึงครึ่งปีและอีกครึ่งปีจะทำงานไม่ใด้เนื่องจากอากาศหนาวเย็น
3. มีความผิดจากการกระทำผิดต่อกฎหมายหรือข้อกำนด
4.วีซ่าการทำงานหมดอายุ ทั้งจากการหลบหนีจากนายจ้างเดิมหรือหลบเข้าเมืองโดยผิดกฎหมาย
