1.เนื้อสัตว์(เมนูวันนี้เนื้อเม่น) ไก่ ปลาหมึก 400 กรัม
2.น้ำมันพืช 3 ช้อนโต๊ะ
3.กระเทียมสับหรือทุบแตก 5 ช้อนโต๊ะ
4.พริกขี้หนูสับหรือโขกพอแตก
5.ซีอิ้วขาว 2 ช้อนชา
6.ซอสหอย 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
7.น้ำตาล 1/2 ช้อนชา
8.กระเพรา 10 กรัม




วิธีทำ ผัดกระเพรา

1.ตั้งกะทะร้อน ไฟแรงกลาง
2.เทน้ำมัน พอน้ำมันอุ่นๆ เอากระเทียม พริก ที่โขกไว้ลงกะทะ
3.เจียวกระเทียมหอมแล้ว เอาเนิ้อลงผัดพอสุก
4.ใส่ส่วนผสมปรุงรส ผัดแล้วชิมรส ปรุงรส
5.ปิดเตาใส่กะเพราผัดพอเฉา คลุกเคล้า ให้เข้ากันกับเนื้อ
6.ตักเสิร์ฟใส่จานพร้อมรับประทาน

เทคนิคการผัดกระเพรา อร่อย

1.เนื้อที่มาทำต้องสดสะอาด
2.กระเพราะเลือกใบออกสีเขียวม่วงจะมีรสชาติกลิ่นหอมมากกว่า
3.กระเทียม พริก ตำพอให้แตกอย่าให้ละเอียด
4.ชอบขลุกขลิกมีน้ำนิดหน่อยเทน้ำลงครกที่โขกกระเทียม พริก คนด้วยทับพีและเทลงกระทะที่ผัดกระเพรา

     กรุงจูบา ประเทศซูดานใต้ ได้มีการจัดแข่งขันศิลปะการต่อสู้กันบ่อยครั้งไม่ว่าจะเป็นการต่อสู้แบบพื้นเมืองหรือศิลปะการต่อสู้แบบสากลของชาติต่างๆ รวมทั้งได้มีการจัดแข่งขันศิลปะการต่อสู้แบบคิกบอกซิ่งในแถบแอฟริกาตะวันออกชกที่ประเทศเคนยา อูกานดา เอธิโอเปีย สำหรับประเทศซูดานใต้ที่ผ่านมามีการจัดแข่งขันชกมวยไทยที่กรุงจูบา มาแล้วครั้งหนึ่งและการแข่งขันศิลปะการต่อสู้จะมีขึ้นอีกในเดือนหน้า

     ช่วงเวลาตอนเย็นวันที่เดินทางมาถึงที่ท่านเลขานุการทูตไทย ณ กรุงไนโรบี ได้พบปะกับคนไทยในกรุุง จูบา ซึ่งท่านได้กล่าวทักทายและแนะในรายละเอียดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการทำงาน รวมทั้งให้คำปรึกษาแก่คนไทยที่อาศัยอยู่ที่นี่

     วันที่สามของการตรวจเยี่ยมแรงงานไทยของท่านเลขานุการทูตไทยจาก สถานทูตไทย ณ กรุง ไนโรบี ประเทศเคนยา ได้เดินทางไปสู่เมือง Paloch ซึ่งอยู่ทางตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือของประเทศ ซูดานใต้(Republic of South Sudan) โดยออกเดินทางในช่วงเข้าจากสนามบินเมือง จูบา เวลา 9 นาฬิกา ใช้เวลาเดินทางประมาณ 1 ชั่วโมง ถึงสนามบิน Paloch ซึ่งที่นั่นได้รับการต้อนรับเป็นอย่างดีจากท่านประธานบริษัทที่คนไทยทำงานเป็นพนักงานและคนไทยที่ทำงานอยู่ที่นี่

     เมื่อเสร็จจากการทักทาย ท่านเลขานุการทูตไทย และคณะได้ออกเดินทางตรวจเยี่ยมคนไทยจุดแรกทีทำงานก่อสร้างในภาคสนาม ซึ่งท่านประธานบริษัทได้กล่าวอธิบายเกี่ยวกับงานให้ท่านเลขานุการทูตไทยทราบในรายละเอียดต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานการก่อสร้าง

     ในช่วงเย็นท่านเลขานุการทูตไทยได้พบปะกับคนไทยที่เมือง พาโลซ ซึ่งที่นี่มีคนไทยอาศัยอยู่ประมาณ 80 คน ท่านได้แนะนำเกี่ยวกับการยึดถือปฏิบัติในขณะการทำงานและชีแจงเกียวกับทางการไทยในการอำนวยความสะดวกแก่คนไทยที่อยู่ในประเทศ ซูดานใต้ ซึ่งอยู่ภายใต้การดูแลของสถานทูตไทย ณ กรุง ไนโรบี ประเทศเคนยา พร้อมท่านได้รับฟังข้อสงสัยและให้คำตอบเกี่ยวกับข้อซักถามของแรงงานไทย

     ในตอนสายของวันที่สี่ ของการตรวจเยี่ยมแรงงานไทย ท่านเลขานุการทูตไทย ได้ออกเดินทางไปเยียมเยือนคนไทยที่อยู่ที่ จีราฮัต ห่างจากที่พักของที่นี่ออกไปอีกประมาณ 110 กม. ซึ่งที่นั่นพึ่งเริ่มต้นและมีคนไทยอาศัยประมาณ 10 คนเศษ ซึ่งการเดินทางในช่วง 80 กม.แรกเป็นลูกรังส่วนในช่วง 30 กม.สุดท้ายเป็นถนนทางเดิม ทำให้การเดินทางด้วยความลำบากใช้เวลาที่ต้องเดินทางไป-กลับกว่าสามชั่วโมงและและในวันรึ่งขึ้นท่านได้เดินทางเมือง จูบา

    วันที่หกซึ่งเป็นวันสุดท้ายการมาเยี่ยมเยือนคนไทยท่านได้เดินทางกลับสู่สถานทูตไทย ณ กรุงไนโรบี ประเทศ เคนยา ก่อนเดินทางกลับท่านได้พบปะกับตำรวจไทยที่ทำงานร่วมกับองค์การสหประชาชาติ ซึ่งได้มาพบปะและส่งท่านเดินทางกลับประเทศเคนยา

     คนไทยทุกคนที่ประเทศ ซูดานใต้ ทราบซึ้งที่ทางการไทยได้มาเยียมเยือนและขอขอบคุณกับทางการไทยที่ดูแลคนไทยในต่างประเทศเป็นอย่างดี โอกาสหน้าหวังว่าคงได้พบกับท่านเลขานุการทูตไทยและตัวแทนของรัฐบาลที่จะกลับมาเยี่ยมพวกเราอีกครั้ง

แรงงานไทยกับการมาเยี่ยมของสถานทูตไทย ณ กรุงไนโรบี

     การเยี่ยมเยือนเป็นสิ่งหนึ่งทีคนไทยที่อยู่ห่างไกลคนละแห่งไปมาหาสู่ซึ่งกัน วัตุประสงค์หลักเพื่อการพบปะกับสนทนาการถามข่าวและดูแลความเป็นอยู่การดำรงค์ชีวิตของคนผู้นั้นหรือญาติสนิทมิตรสหายของคนที่รู้จักกันมา รวมทั้งการเยืยมเยือนของคนไทยที่มาจากหน่วยงานต่างๆ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นหน่วยงานภาคเอกชนหรือมาจากหน่วยงานของรัฐบาล

     ทวีปแอฟริกา เป็นทวีปหนึ่งที่คนไทย แรงงานไทย คนไทยในต่างประเทศ ได้มาอาศัยอยู่เพื่อเป็นที่พักรวมทั้งมาอาศัยเพื่อประกอบอาชีพทำงาน พำนักพักอาศัยเพื่อการศึกษา ซึ่งหน่วยงานของรัฐโดยกระทรวงการต่างประเทศได้รับมอบหมายให้สถานทูตหรือสถานกงศุลในประเทศดูแลคนไทยทีอาศัยอย่ในประเทศนั้นๆ รวมทั้งดูแลบางประเทศที่ยังไม่สัมพันธ์ทางการทูต เพื่อให้คำแนะนำช่วยเหลือคนไทย แรงงานไทยในต่างประเทศ

     ประเทศ ซูดานใต้ (Republic of South) เป็นประเทศน้องใหม่ของโลกเป็นประเทศหนึ่งที่มีคนไทยอาศัยอยู่ที่นี่มีจำนวนเกือบสองร้อยคนได้มาประกอบอาชีพในด้านต่างๆ ทั้งเป็นพนักงานของบริษัทเอกชน เจ้าหน้าที่ขององค์กรสหประชาชาติ เมื่อล่าสุดได้รับการมาเยี่ยมเยือนจากหน่วยงานของรัฐบาล สถานทูตไทย ณ กรุงไนโรบี ประเทศ เคนย่า

      ท่านเลขานุการทูตไทย ท่าน ธวัช ขวัญจิตร์ จากสถานทูตไทย กรุงไนโรบี ได้มาเยี่ยมเยือนคนไทยที่ประเทศ ซูดานได้ เมือ่วันที่ 9 กันยายน ที่ผ่านมา ในครั้งนี้นับเป็นครั้งที่ 4 ที่ทางการรัฐบาลไทยได้สลับการมาเยี่ยมเยือนคนไทยใน ประเทศ ซูดานใต้

     การมาเยียมเยือนคนไทยครั้งนี้ เลขานุการทูตไทย (Secretary Thai’s Ambassador) ได้ให้คำแนะนำปรึกษากับคนไทยที่อาศัย กรุงจูบา รวมทั้งเมืองต่างๆที่อยู่ในแต่ละรัฐของ ประทศ ซูดานใต้ แม้ว่าเมืองเหล่านั้นจะอยู่ห่างไกลและใช้เวลาเดินทางที่ยาวนาน

Royal Thai Embassy, Nairobi, Kenya visited Thai’s people in South Sudan.

     South Sudan(Republic of South) as the country's new world, Where Thai’s people have lived here for nearly two hundred people have been employed in various fields. Both are employees of private companies Officials of the United Nations Recently received a visit from a government agency at the Thailand Embassy in Nairobi, Kenya.

     The Secretary Embassy Thailand, Mr.Thawat  Kwanchit  Secretary Royal Thai Embassy  in Nairobi to visit the Thai’s people in Southern Sudan was held on 9 September, marks the 4th time that the government of Thailand has visited Thai’s people in Southern Sudan

     The Secretary Embassy visited Thai’s people this time. Secretary Embassy of Thailand (Secretary Thai's Ambassador) to provide advice to Thai’s people resident in Juba, as well as cities in each state of a country, South Sudan, even if those cities are far away and take a long journey.

ลาบเนื้อ ลาบวัว Spicy Minced Meat

     อาหารไทยเป็นอาหารที่ขึ้นชื่อที่ผ่านมาติดเมนูอันดับหนึ่งของโลก แม้ในปัจจุบันอาหารไทยจะลดอันดับลงมาบ้างแต่รายการอาหารอย่างอี่นสลับขึ้นมาแทนทำชื่อเสียงให้กับประเทศไทยให้รับรู้ว่าอาหารไทยไม่ด้อยไปกว่าอาหารของชาติใดในโลก

      วันหยุดจากการทำงานเป็นโอกาสอีกอย่างหนึ่งที่จะได้มีการสังสรรค์ในหมู่เพื่อนฝูงทำอาหาร การกินร่วมกันภายในที่พัก อาหารอย่างหนึ่งที่นิยมชมชอบไม่พ้นอาหารที่ทำมาจากเนื้อว้ว

        เนื้อวัวจะนิยมบริโภคในภาคอีสานในการนำมาปรุงเป็นอาหารอย่างหนึ่งที่นิยมชมชอบ คนส่วนใหญ่ถ้าเป็นเนื้อว้วจะต้องนำมาปรุงเมนูนี้จะไม่นิยมนำไปทำรายการอาหารอย่างอื่น

     ลาบเนื้อ ทางอีสานจะเรียกกันว่า ลาบวัว ซึ่งอาจจะเป็นลาบดิบหรือลาบสุกแต่ยังมีคำที่เรียกกันป็นอันเข้าใจกันในหมู่ท้องถิ่นเดียวกันอีกว่า ลาบแดง ลาบขาว ซึ่งก็หมายถึงลาบดิบที่มีสีแดงและลาบสุกที่มีสีขาว จากการที่ภาคนี้จะนิยมรับประทานเนื้อว้วซึ่งถือว่าเมนูอาหารนี้เป็นอาหารจานเด็ดใช้รับรองแขกเพื่อนฝูงที่มาเยี่ยมเยือน ในเทศกาลงานประเพณีทำบุญต่างๆแทบทุกครัวเรือนจะทำอาหารลาบเนื้อกันแทบทุกครัวเรือน

     สำหรับลาบเนื้อทางเหนือจะเรียกกันว่า ลาบจิ้น เครื่องปรุงรสจะมีรสหอมของมะแขว่น ที่เชียงใหม่จะมีอร่อยหลายร้านชื่อร้านส่วนมากถ้าเป็นร้านแบบพื้นบ้านคนแนะนำจะบอกขึ้นต้นชื่อร้านลุง ตามด้วยชื่อของลุง ซึ่งที่ร้านจะเมนูเด็ดอาหารเด็ดครบสูตรทุกอย่าง

     การทำลาบเนื้อหรือลาบวัว ของทางอีสานจะทำการปรุงรสหรือเตรียมการไม่ยุ่งยาก รสชาติที่ออกมาแนวจัดจ้านรับประทานเป็นอาหารหรือกับแกล้มได้ทั้งสองอย่าง


สูตร ลาบเนื้อ (ลาบดิบ) ลาบวัว
สูตรสำหรับรับประทาน 2 - 3 คน

1.เนื้อวัว(เนื้อส้น)  1/2 กก.
2.เครื่องในตับ ผ้าขีริ้ว ขอบกระด้ง 3 ขีด
3.ดีวัว  2 ช้อนโต๊ะ   
4.ขี้เพี้ยอ่อน  3 ช้อนโต๊ะ
5.เลือดสด  1/2 ถ้วยตวง
6.น้ำปลา   3  ช้อนโต๊ะ
7.ชูรส   1/2 ช้อนขา
8.พริกป่น 3 ช้อนโต๊ะ(ขึ้นอยู่กับความเผ็ดของพริก)
9.ข้าวคั่ว  3 ช้อนโต๊ะ
10.มะนาว(แป้น)ใหญ่ ผ่าสี่แกะเมล็ดออก 3 ลูก
11.ต้นหอม 3 ต้น
12. ผักชีไทย  3 ต้น
13. ผักชีฝรั่ง 3 ต้น
    

                                            เตรียมสับ  หั่นแยก เนื้อวัว 

วิธีปรุง ลาบเนื้อ ลาบวัว
 
1.นำเนื้อว้วสดล้างสะอาดหั่นเป็นชิ้นพอควรสับให้ละเอียดโดยกลับไปมาสับตามแนวตั้งนอนด้านบนด้านล่าง
2.เตรียมเครื่องใน ตับ ผ้าขี้ริ้ว หั่นตามยาวพอคำ
3.เลือดวัวที่สดจะได้เลือดเป็นก้อนติดมาด้วยจะต้องนำมาตึให้แตกด้วยใบตะไคร้สดให้แตกละเอียด
4.นำเนื้อละเอียดใส่ภาชนะพร้อมเครื่องในคนให้เข้ากัน
5.ใส่เลือดวัว ดีวัว ขี้เพี้ย(ทางเลือกสำหรับคนทำลาบรสขม) ใส่ลงภาชนะคนคลุกเคล้า
6.นำเครื่องปรุงรส พริกป่น ข้าวคั่ว น้ำปลา ชูรส มะนาว ใส่ลงคลุกคนให้เข้ากัน
7.ใส่ต้นหอม ผักชี ที่หั่นเป็นฝอยใส่ลงและคนให้เข้ากันขิมรสตามต้องการ(ขั้นตอนนี้หลายคนเข้าใจผิดว่าใส่หัวหอมแดงแต่ที่จริงแล้วหอมแดงจะใส่จำพวกน้ำตก)
8.ตักใส่จานเสิร์ฟรัประทานพร้อมผักสดตามถดูกาล

ลาบเนื้อ สุก (สูตรดั้งเดิม)

1. เครื่องปรุงรสจัดการจัดเตรียมตามข้างต้น
2.นำเครื่องในต้มรวมกับกระดูก สันหลัง ซี่โครง กระดูกข้อ
3.นำเครื่องในที่ต้มสุกแล้วมาหั่นตามยาวพอคำ
4.นำเนื้อที่สับใส่ภาชนะตักน้ำเดือดจากหม้อต้มเครื่องในลวกใส่ให้ท่วมคนพลิกไปมา
5.เทน้ำอุ่นจากการลวกเนื้อสับใส่หม้อต้มเครื่องในและทำสลับอีกประมาณสองครั้งหรือจนเนื้อสุก
6.เมื่อเนื้อสุกดีแล้วเทน้ำอุ่นออก ใส่เครื่องปรุง ทำการปรุงรสตามสูตรตามชอบ

   ข้อแตกต่างระหว่างลาบสุกและลาบดิบนอกจากข้อแตกต่างของเนื้อที่สุกและดิบ การทำลาบสุกจะไม่ใส่เลือดลงไปด้วย
 
     ขั้นตอนนี้ดังกล่าวเป็นสูตรดั้งเดิมแต่ช่วงหลังเอาลาบดิบไปคั่วแทนหรือใช้คั่วเนื้อสับก่อนทำการปรุงรสทำให้ขาดรสชาติที่แท้จริงของลาบสุกชึ่งการเอามาคั่วทางเหนือจะเรียกว่า ลาบคั่ว

  ผักสดที่กินกับลาบเนื้อจะเข้ากันได้กับผักกินแทบทุกชนิดอย่างผักกาดขาว กระหล่ำปลี แตงกวา  ถั่วฝักยาว ผักชีฝรั่ง มะเขือเปราะ ผักไผ่(ผ้กแผว) ต้นหอม  ผักชี โหระพา สะเดา ใบมะตูมอ่อน ใบมะกอกอ่อน ผักติ้ว เพกา(ลิ้นฟ้า)

เคล็ดลับการปรุง ลาบเนื้อ
 
   ลาบเนื้อที่อร่อยเคล็ดลับอยู่ที่เนื้อเลือกเนื้อสัน สด ปรุงออกรส เผ็ดนิด เปรี้วหน่อย พริกป่น ข้าวคั่ว ต้องเตรียมโดยการคั่วให้ออกกลิ่นหอมพริกป่นตำละเอียดข้าวคั่วเหลือเม็ดที่หักพอประมาณและนำใส่ปรุงรสทันทีถ้าเหลือหรือเก็บไว้่นานจะขาดความหอม 
 
      ข้าวคั่วที่จะนำทำต้องจากข้าวสารเหนียวนำมาคั่วให้ออกเหลื่องจัดเกือบไหม้และผ้กที่กินกับลาบล้างให้สะอาดแช่ตู้เย็นให้เย็นเล็กน้อยทำให้ผักกรอบ

      ลาบเนื้อ ลาบวัว จะเพิ่มความอร่อยยื่งขึ้นถ้าได้กินพร้อมกันกับต้มกระดูกซี่โครงหรือเครื่องในบางส่วนซึ่งสองรายการเป็นสิ่งที่ทำควบคู่กันของขั้นตอนทำ ลาบสุก

       ข้อสงสัยของหลายคนว่าคำว่า ขอบกระด้ง หรือ คันแทนา(คันนา) คือส่วนไหนของวัว หลายคนเรียกรวมกันว่าเป็นผ้าขี้ริ้วทั้งหมด ที่จริงอวัยวะส่วนนี้จะอยู่ในกระเพราะอาหารอยู่คู่ติดกันกับผ้าขี้ริ้วแถบหนาประมาณ 1 เซนติเมตรลวดลายด้านนอกจะเหมือนกรงลวด ถ้าผ้าขี้ริ้วจะเป็นแผ่นบางๆเรียงซ้อนกัน ข้อแตกต่างที่เห็นเด่นชัดขอบกระด้งจะหนา ผ้าขี้จะแผ่นบาง
   
       ลาบเนื้อ(ดิบ) หรือการทำลาบเนื้อสุก รสชาติอร่อยเป็นอาหารที่ทำการปรุงได้ไม่ยาก ท่านที่อยากรับประทานทดลองทำดูเอาไว้รับรองในหมู่เพื่อนฝูง รับรองทำอาหารเมนูนี้แล้วรสชาติฝีมือของท่านจะติดใจอย่างกว่าในภัตราคารร้านค้ารับรองได้ว่าเพื่อนสนิทมิตรสหายของท่านที่ชอบรับประทานเป็นกับแกล้มติดใจในฝีมือลาบเนื้อของท่านไปอีกนาน

     Terekeka อยู่ติดแม่น้ำไนล์ห่างจากกรุงจูบา เมืองหลวงไปทางตอนเหนือระยะทางประมาณ 70 กม. คณะออกเดินทางใช้รถออกเดินทางไปด้วยกันทั้งหมด 4 คัน ประกอบด้วยรถของท่านเลขานุการทูต ทีมงานสารคดีด้านการข่าว และรถของพนักงาน ABMC – THAI SOUTH SUDAN อีกสองคัน

   นอกจากนั้นในระหว่างเส้นทางยังได้พบกับศูนย์ผู้อพพยพที่ประชาชนน่าจะมาจากเมือง คาร์ทูม ประเทศซูดาน ที่สมัคใจกลับมาอยู่ที่ประเทศซูดานใต้ในช่วงหลังการแบ่งแยกประเทศเอกราช อาคารที่พักชั่วคราวทำด้วยผ้าเต็นท์สีขาวล้อมรอบหลังคามุงด้วยสังกะสีจำนวนหลายหลัง ซึงการย้ายประชาชนครั้งนั้นทาง UNHCR ได้ดำเนินการอพยพผู้คนทั้งในคราวครั้งนั้นเป็นจำนวน รวมทั้งผู้อพยพที่มีมาก่อนตามข้อมูลสำรวจในช่วงปลายเดือนสิงหาคมถึงกลางเดือนกันยายนมีผู้อพยพทั้งหมด 223,688 คน  โดยแบ่งให้พักอาศัยตามศูนย์ผู้อพยพตามรัฐต่างๆ เช่น Upper Nile, Unity,Central Equatoria,Westren Equatoria,Jonglei
    
     ตามแนวเส้นบางช่วงจะพบกับชนชาวพื้นเมืองที่อาศัยบริเวณใกล้เคียงกับแนวเส้นทางที่รถวิ่งผ่าน การดำรงชีวิตของคนที่นีจะมีความเข้มแข็งและอดทนซึ่งถ้าเป็นผู้หญิงจะหิ้วถังน้ำเพื่อนำไปใช้ในชีวิตประจำวันและสำหรับผู้ชายจะออกเลี้ยงสัตว์

     การเลี้ยงสัตว์ของที่นี่นอกจากการเลี้ยงวัวซึ่งถือว่ามีจำนวนมากติดอันดับของประเทศยังมีการเลี้ยงแพะ เลี้ยงแกะ เป็นจำนวนมากด้วยเช่นเดียวกัน

     ตลอดเส้นทางอันขรุขระระยะทาง 70 กม.กับเวลาเดินทางสองชั่วโมงเศษจึงมาถึงเมือง Terekeka  ในตอนเที่ยงวันเมืองนี้เมืองไม่ใหญ่มากนักประชาชนที่นีอยู่อาศัยค่อนข้างบางตา

     คณะท่านเลขานุการทูตมาถึงจุดหมายปลายทางที่ฟาร์มด้านการเกษตรซึ่งอยู่บริเวณไม่ห่างไกลมากนักถือว่าเกือบติดกับเมือง Terekeka คณะท่านเลขานุการทูตได้มาพบกับคนไทยที่รอคอยต้อนรับและทุกคนดีใจที่ท่านได้มาเยี่ยมเยือน

เอกอัคราชทูตไทย ตรวจเยี่ยมแรงงานไทย

     สถานทูต กงศุลไทย ในแต่ละประเทศที่มีความสัมพันธ์กันทางการทูตอย่างเป็นทางการหน้าที่ภารกิจอย่างหนึ่งจะดูแลคนไทยในประเทศนั้น รวมทั้งดูแลคนไทยในประเทศใกล้เคียงที่ยังไม่มีที่ทำการความสัมพันธ์ทางการทูต

     สถานทูตไทย ณ กุรุงไนรีบี ประเทศเคนยา ได้รับมอบหมายให้ดูแลคนไทยในต่างประเทศที่กลุ่มแอฟริกาตะวันออกประเทศที่อยู่ใกล้เคียงอย่างเช่น แทนซาเนีย ซูดานใต้

    ท่าน อิทธิพร บุญประคอง เอกอัคราชทูตไทย ณ กรุงไนโรบี พร้อมคณะผู้ติดตามอาทิ ท่าน ธวัช ขวัญจิตร์ เลขานุการทูต ทีมงานผู้สื่อข่าวด้านสารคดีเชิงข่าวได้ให้เกียรติมาตรวจเยี่ยมคนไทย แรงงานไทย ที่อาศัยอยู่ใน กรุงจูบา ประเทศแอฟริกาใต้ ในวันที่ 16 กันยายน ที่ผ่านมา ซึ่งท่านที่ติดตามคงได้ทราบแล้วว่าช่วงสามเดือนที่ผ่านมาท่าน ธวัช ขวัญจิตร์ เลขาณุการทูต สถานทูตไทย ณ กรุงไนโรบี ได้มาเยี่ยมคนไทยใน กรุงจูบา มาแล้วครั้งหนึ่ง

         

     กรุงจูบา เป็นเมืองหลวงของประเทศ ซูดานใต้ ซึ่งแบ่งประเทศมาจากซูดานเมื่อปี ค.ศ. 2011 อยู่ในกลุุ่มแอฟริกาตะวันออก ปัจจุบันยังไม่มีสัมพันธ์ทางการทูตกับประเทศไทยอย่างเป็นทางการ เมื่อก่อนแบ่งแยกประเทศคนไทยได้รับการดูแลจากสถานทูตไทย ณ กรุงไครโร ประเทศอียิปต์ ปัจจุบันคนไทยที่นี่อยู่ภายใต้การดูแลของสถานทูตไทย ณ กรุงไนโรบี ประเทศเคนยา

      ในงานท่านประธานบริษัท ABMC – THAI SOUTH SUDAN ได้กล่าวต้อนรับท่านเอกอัคราชทูตไทยและแสดงความยินดี พร้อมทั้งจะดูแลคนไทยที่นี่เป็นอย่างดีและทางท่านเอกอัคราชทูตไทยได้กล่าวขอบคุณยินดีที่ได้มาเยี่ยมคนไทย ท่านได้กล่าวว่าแรงงานไทยในการทำงานมีฝีมือรับคำชมจากเจ้าของประเทศถือว่าเป็นทูตสัมพันธไมตรีอย่างหนึ่งแบบไม่เป็นทางการขอให้รักษาชื่อเสียงของประเทศ

         

     งานต้อนรับท่านเอกอัคราชทูตไทยและทีมงาน ผู้ที่มาร่วมงานเป็นคนไทยที่อาศัยอยู่ใน กรุงจูบา ตามที่แคมป์ที่พักต่างๆในประเทศซูดานใต้ ได้มาร่วมงานจำนวนเป็นจำนวนมากพร้อมทั้งชาวซูดานและ   
หลังการกล่าวต้อนรับในงานมีการจัดเลี้ยงอาหารไทย ที่ได้มาจากร้านอาหารไทยโฮมแอนด์อะเวย์ซึ่งเป็นร้านอาหารไทยแห่งเดียวใน กรุงจูบา ประเทศซูดานใต้ฝีมืออาหารเป็นของพ่อครัวที่เป็นคนไทย

     ท้ายสุดของงานมีการแสดงการเล่นไฟสามชุดจากนักแสดงคนไทยที่มาจากร้านอาหารโฮมแอนด์อะเวย์ สร้างความตื่นเต้นให้คนไทยและชาวซูดานอย่างมาก หลังจบการแสดงได้รับการปรบมืออย่างกึกก้องจากผู้ชมในงาน

      

   ช่วงบ่ายของวันรุ่งขึ้น ท่าน ธวัช ขวัญจิตร์ เลขานุการทูต ได้ให้คำปรึกษาแก่แรงงานไทย การต่ออายุพาสปอร์ตใหม่ในต่างประเทศ รวมทั้งเอื้ออำนวยความสะดวกออกเอกสารทดแทนสำหรับคนที่มีปัญหาด้านพาสปอร์ต
 
  คนไทย แรงงานไทย ในกรุงจูบา ประเทศซูดานใต้  ความสมหวังของคนไทยที่นี่ได้บรรลุที่ได้มีโอกาสพบประทักทายกับท่านในฐานะตัวแทนหน่วยงานราชการไทยที่ได้ดูแลคนไทยเป็นอย่างดี ในโอกาสครั้งต่อไปในวันข้างหน้าหวังว่าคงมีโอกาสได้พบกับท่านอีกครั้งหนึ่ง

    สถานทูตในต่างประเทศหรือกงศุลในต่างประเทศของแต่ละประเทศ หน้าหลักจะคอยดูแล รักษา เพิ่มพูนในด้านต่างๆ ซึ่งเป็นประโยชย์ของประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ในประเทศนั้นๆและเป็นประโยชน์ด้วยกันทั้งสองฝ่าย ซึ่งจะได้มาการเชื่อมความสัมพันธไมตรีกันระหว่างประเทศนั้นๆ

1. ดูการแลความสัมพันธ์

     การดูแลความสัมพันธ์เป็นการเชื่อมความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างระเทศ ประสานงานปรึกษา ร่วมมือ สนับสนุน และแก้ไขปัญหา ในด้านที่เกี่ยวข้องให้ลุล่วงด้วยดีทั้งสองฝ่าย อย่างเช่นเรื่องที่เกี่ยวข้องกับแรงงานไทยที่ไนจีเรียหรือล่าสุดที่ประเทศอียิปย์

2.ความสัมพันธ์ด้านเศรษฐกิจ

     ความสัมพันธ์ด้านเศรษฐกิจ ทางด้านนี้จะเกี่ยวข้องกับการค้าขายระหว่างประเทศ รวมทั้งการลงทุนทางธุรกิจ การท่องเที่ยว  ด้านศุลกากร การส่งเสริมลงทุน และการประชาสัมพันธ์

3.ภารกิจดูแลประชาชนของประเทศ

     ภารกิจดูแลประชาชนของประเทศเกี่ยวข้องกับการบริการประชาชนของประเทศในด้านการออกหนังสือเดินทาง ตรวจลงตรา ตรวจเยี่ยม ให้คำปรึกษา ดูแลและอำนวยความสะดวก ประชาชนของประเทศ

Takraw Relationship, ตะกร้อ กีฬาสัมพันธ์

     ขั้นตอนการซ่อมแซมผิวจราจรดำเนินการจากการขุดลอกผิวจราจรโดยรอบวงเวียนออกทั้งหมด ขั้นแรกหน่วยงานทำผิวจราจรได้กำหนดขอบเขตผิวจราจรที่จะทำการซ่อมแซมโดยการทาสีตามแนวที่กำหนดการขุดลอก หลังจากนั้นได้ใช้เครื่องตัดตามแนวดังกล่าวโดยรอบเพื่อป้องกันความเสียหายและให้ได้ตามแนวตรงของการซ่อมแซม

     แรงงานไทยในต่างแดน หลังจากหน่วยงานทำผิวจราจรได้ตัดผิวจราจรแล้วเสร็จ หน่วยงานชุดทำถนนได้นำเครื่องมือเครื่องจักรเข้าทำการขุดลอกโดยรถขุดและรถบรรทุกเข้ามาดำเนินการขุดลอกและขนย้ายวัสดุส่วนเกินออกนอกพื้นที่ หลังจากนั้นทำการปรับแต่งโดยใช้รถเกรดปรับพื้นที่จนได้ระดับใกล้เคียงตามเดิมพร้อมทั้งพ่นยางคลุมไว้ก่อนการทำผิวจราจร
          
     ขั้นตอนการซ่อมแซมผิวจราจรถัดมาเมื่อยางที่พ่นคลุมไว้แล้วตามข้างต้นครบกำหนดและแห้งดีแล้ว หน่วยงานทำผิวจราจรทำรถปูผิวถนนเข้าดำเนินการ รถบรรทุกนำยางมะตอยมาเตรียมไว้เมื่อรถปูยางขับเคลื่อนเข้าตำแหน่ง รถบรรทุกเทยางมะตอยลงที่รถปูผิวจราจรและทำการขับเคลื่อนเครื่องจักรเพื่อให้ยางมะตอยไหลออกมาลาดลงที่ผิวจราจรตามความกว้างและความยาวตามกำหนด
      
     บริเวณรอยต่อโดยเฉพาะผิวจราจรเดิมจะทายางเพิ่มเติมเพื่อให้แนวรอยต่อแนบสนิทกันมากขึ้น แนวรอยต่อทำการปรับแต่งให้โดยการใช้แรงงานคนนำคราดเกลี่ยปรับระดับตามแนวรอยต่อระหว่างผิวจราจรใหม่และแนวจราจรเดิม
           
      ขั้นตอนสุดท้ายของงานซ่อมผิวจราจรของแรงงานไทยในต่างแดนหรือเรียกกันว่าแรงงานไทยในต่างประเทศ  หลังจากงานปูพื้นผิวจราจรแล้วเสร็จทำการบดอัดด้วยรถบดล้อเหล็กและล้อยาง
